- The New Invoice Payment event in Aesthetic Record. When a referred patient pays, AdvocateLoop matches them to their advocate and issues the discount code automatically.
- Is a referral reward a kickback under healthcare law?
- Discount codes redeemable for elective cosmetic services are generally treated differently than referrals for insurance-covered medical services. We aren't your attorney, but the discount-code-only model (versus cash) is the structure most aesthetics practices use precisely because it stays inside the patient relationship. Consult counsel for your state.
- What if I'm not on a Zapier-enabled Aesthetic Record plan?
